Conference session organization

Each active conference participant will play two roles at the conference sessions. He/She will present his/her paper as an author and discuss a paper of other conference participant. 


Information for presenters/authors:        

Presenters are kindly asked to bring their PowerPoint or Adobe presentations of papers on a flash drive. The presentation should take max. 10 minutes. During the conference the author will benefit from recommendations of a discussant.


Information for discussants:

Authors are expected to serve as a discussant of a paper of other conference participant. Each discussant has 5 minutes to provide his/her feedback, to highlight important aspects of the presentation and to put questions immediately after the presentation of the paper by the author. Using a PowerPoint Presentation is recommended. The papers for the discussion will be made available to discussants in advance.
